Honey and his friend are working on our bathroom right now. They are starting on the tile today. Last week was replacing the tub fixtures. So far, all is well, but it is a long process.

Painting the 1/2 bath

My Dear Mom pointed out that I had not shared pictures of the half bath Honey and recently painted. I guess you would call it Peach colored...but it blends nicely with the family room that it opens into. We still have to hang the mirror and replace the fixtures. Much more will follow.

Honey and a Friend from work are upgrading the masterbath even as we speak..Oh well...Maybe I can have a bath soon??????

Dear Honey's Garden

This year we found a fountain that was a last year model and not expensive. So we got it and planted ferns around it and move some elephant ears too. Well....The Elephant Ears grew more and more. They are now taller than Honey and still getting bigger. Cold weather is on the way so we just had to take a picture or two.

A day at Busch Gardens

Honey and I spent a day at Busch Gardens after he finished his school. We saw Eagles that were rescued after being injured. We also had a chance to feed the birds. They were really friendly! Mostly we walked around site seeing. Honey took a picture of the Roller Coaster I rode. It was fun, but one was enough for me.

Home Again

After a wonderful visit with my Mom and Dad and my Dogster Honey, I got home and Honey had a project for me. I painted the half bath downstairs. We didn't have time to put it back together before we left for Virginia. He had a school in Williamsburg so I tagged along. He went to class during the day and I worked on my needlepoint and went swimming. When he came back in the evening we went exploring. We visited Jamestown and the Historic part of Williamsburg. The last day we went to Busch Gardens. They were having a Halloween Celebration and had several "Scary" trails and haunted houses. We enjoyed the time in Williamsburg and went home by way of North Carolina so we could visit my brother and his wife. We had a great visit. At last though we are at home. Our Daughter was kind enough to come and feed our pets while we were gone. She brought in the mail and left a sweet note for us to read when we got home. Of course I have a lot to accomplish tomorrwo. Unpacking, clothes to wash and a bathroom to finish. Best of all, it feels good to be home.
